By engaging Alltech Services for IT services, security installations, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, clients, and users of our services.
Alltech Services provides managed IT services, network support, cybersecurity solutions, video surveillance systems, access control technologies, alarm systems, and related installation and maintenance services. All services are provided subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or work orders. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice to affected customers.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your agreement.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past due balances.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. For ongoing service agreements, price changes will be communicated in writing before taking effect.
Installation dates and service delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to equipment availability, site conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays.
You agree to provide access to your premises as needed for installation, maintenance, and service calls. You are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and notifying us of any hazards or special conditions at your location.
Any modifications to the original scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Equipment and products are covered by manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided at the time of purchase or installation.
Our labor warranty covers installation workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement, typically 90 days to one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alltech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $5,000, whichever is less.
While we strive to provide reliable security and IT solutions, no system is completely immune to failure, hacking, or unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses resulting from system failures, security breaches, or criminal activity, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use customer information only as necessary to provide our services and communicate with you about your account.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
For video surveillance systems, you are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding the recording and monitoring of individuals on your property. We recommend posting appropriate notices regarding video surveillance.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Alltech Services, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including service notifications, account alerts, appointment reminders, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
For one-time services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. For ongoing service agreements, cancellation terms will be specified in your contract.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding charges and must return any equipment owned by Alltech Services.
All materials, documentation, software configurations, and proprietary systems developed by Alltech Services remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely in connection with our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alltech Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or supplier failures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For material changes affecting existing service agreements, we will provide notice via email or other written communication at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any service agreements, proposals, or work orders, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alltech Services regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
